MAIN DISH - Choose One

Sauerbraten - Sauerbraten is a German pot roast that can be prepared with a variety of meats—we use beef. Before cooking, the cut of meat is marinated for several days in a mixture of vinegar or wine, water, herbs, spices, and seasonings. Since usually tougher cuts of meat are used for Sauerbraten, the longer marinating of the meat acts to tenderize it, resulting in a finished dish that is tender, soft, and juicy. The ingredients of the marinade vary based on regional styles and traditions throughout Germany

-or-

Pork and Sauerkraut - Succulent pork gets dressed up with loads of sauerkraut for an authentic German experience.

-or-

Bavarian Goulash & Spaetzle - The goulash is somewhat typical in combining stew meat and paprika. But it’s the use of three types of paprika, bacon, and mushrooms which provides the dish’s wonderful complexity and depth…smoky, spicy, and mild paprika that engages your palate on multiple levels, the savory joy of bacon flavor/fat, and the aromatic/meatiness of shiitake mushrooms. Topped with lemon zest sour cream and served over our homemade German spaetzle, this is one dish all goulash lovers can rejoice in.
