Parish Prayer
God, Our Father, we praise and thank You for bringing us together in St. Joseph Church, Bread of Life Community, to worship You in spirit and truth and to love as Christ taught us. We seek Your grace to come to know Jesus Christ in a personal way, to grow in holiness as disciples of Jesus Christ, to take care of each other, and to be obedient in taking the Good News of the Gospel to all the world. Strengthen our commitment to You and to each other so that our parish grows in faith and friendship. Lord, we place our parish under the care of St. Joseph, our patron, and, through his powerful intercession, help us to grow in intimacy with You, to grow in love of one another, to share Jesus with others, to minister in the Body to take care of the poor, to give and receive support, and to raise up new leaders. We ask this in Jesus’ name. Amen.
